William J. Billings, CPA
Bill attended The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 1971, majoring in Accounting. As a Graduate Fellow, he received a Master of Science in Accounting in 1972 from USM. Bill has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1980. He currently holds certificates from Texas and Oklahoma. He has been with Moore, Truelove, Pharis, Meyers & Marsh, CPAs, PLLC since 1988.
Tracy Tarter CPA
Tracy received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Angelo State University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1994. He has been employed by Moore, Truelove, Pharis, Meyers and Marsh, CPAs, PLLC since 2014. Prior to that he has been employed in public accounting since 1988.
Lindsey Townson
Lindsey joined the firm in November 2021 as a Bookkeeper/Payroll Clerk. Lindsey previously worked for Louis Dreyfus Company as a Settlements Associate in Chillicothe, Texas, which is where she graduated high school from in 2006. After Lindsey graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree, she met her husband, Maverick Townson. Together they have three children - Elexia, Duke, and Finn. Lindsey is a devoted Texas Tech Athletics and Duke Basketball fan.
Veronica Fraticelli
Veronica has 8 years in the banking field and 9 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll services. She was born and raised in Quanah, Texas and attended school there. Veronica graduated from Vernon College with an associate degree in administrative office technology.
Vernon has been her home since 2002. She and her husband, Dustin Fraticelli, are involved in various organizations within the community. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family, friends, and their beloved dog Lola.
