Joyce joined the firm in February 2013, having previously worked for the Texas Workforce Commission as an account's examiner/tax auditor, and North Texas State Hospital as benefits coordinator. She and her husband, Freddie, who retired from the US Post office are longtime residents of Vernon. Joyce is an administrative assistant for the firm. Her duties include time & billing for the firm and bookkeeping and payroll services for clients. Joyce and Freddie have two sons: Clay and wife, Melissa, and Cody and wife, Melissa, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Tami Phillips joined the firm in December of 2021. She was born and raised in Vernon, Tx and graduated from Vernon High School and Vernon College. She is currently enrolled at Midwestern State University working on her bachelor's degree. Tami is married to Roger Phillips, also of Vernon. He is employed at TXDOT. They have one daughter Stormy, and son in law, Leroy, and three grandkids, Graham, Evelyn, and Gianna. Duties include answering the phones, assembling tax returns, among a variety of other duties.
